EventBeez Platform Refund Policy

At EventBeez, we are committed to delivering digital solutions that empower event organizers to manage, operate, and enhance their events through our platform.

This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may or may not be issued to event organizers (our clients) for services purchased on the EventBeez platform.

1. Scope of This Policy

This policy applies to:

  • Event organizers who have subscribed to EventBeez services or purchased platform-based solutions.
  • Any paid services rendered through our website, app, or custom integrations.

It does not cover refunds for tickets or registrations purchased by event attendees. (See Section 6 for more.)

2. General Refund Terms for Organizers

EventBeez operates on a prepaid service model. Once a subscription plan, project, or service is activated, the following terms apply:

  • No automatic refunds are issued for any activated subscription, add-on, or custom service.
  • EventBeez offers a free demo and onboarding support to help clients evaluate platform suitability before purchase.
  • In the case of technical failure fully attributable to EventBeez that prevents service delivery, a partial refund or credit may be issued at our sole discretion.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, the event organizer must:

  • Email admin@eventbeez.com within the applicable window.
  • Include payment details, invoice number, and reason for the request.
  • Allow up to 5 business days for our team to investigate and respond.

5. Chargebacks

If a chargeback is initiated without contacting EventBeez for resolution:

  • Access to all EventBeez services may be suspended immediately.
  • We reserve the right to dispute the chargeback with relevant documentation.

6. For Attendees

If you are an attendee who registered or purchased a ticket for an event hosted on the EventBeez platform:

  • EventBeez is not responsible for refunding ticket costs.
  • Please refer directly to the event organizer's refund policy listed on the event page.
  • If you are unable to contact the organizer, you may email us at admin@eventbeez.com and we'll attempt to connect you.

7. Modifications

EventBeez reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Clients will be notified of material changes via email or platform notice.
