This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may or may not be issued to event organizers (our clients) for services purchased on the EventBeez platform.

EventBeez operates on a prepaid service model. Once a subscription plan, project, or service is activated, the following terms apply:
Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

Service activated (event created) and cancellation is requested within 1 week of activation and before 1 month of generated event date given that no attendance was recorded. | 50% refund within 7 days |

Organizer cancels after using service | Not eligible |
